Introduction to Falling In love with Karma

I have always had a deep desire to understand why we constantly react to situations and people, and why our emotions fluctuate based on our experiences. Why do we sometimes feel happy and sometimes low ? Why does a simple four-letter word—fear—have such a profound impact on us?

Through my journey of attending meditation camps, I received insights that I began applying to my own life. This led me to explore deeper questions about why we often find ourselves in conflict within, why we struggle in relationships, why we self-sabotage, and, ultimately, why we miss out on love and joy.

Fall in Love with Karma was inspired when I moved to India from Los Angeles after 37 years. It was a period of transition for me, and I found myself feeling bored, as I was essentially starting over. India, with its vast opportunities for NGO work and social programs, provided the perfect backdrop for self-reflection. During this time, I discovered my true purpose—to share the insights I had received during my meditation camps through writing.

This book became a way for me to inspire others to embrace hope, love, and joy, and to guide them on their own journey toward mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Fall in Love with Karma is a guide to mental health and spiritual growth. Its purpose is to help readers improve their relationships, find self love, cultivate happiness, enhance their health, and bring peace into their lives. The central message is simple: fall in love with your karma daily, and it will lead to a better future.

  1. Very well articulated. It’s so simple and yet we often make things complex by over analyzing and over thinking.
If we can all learn to be “ Watcher” and accept what life gives us. Life is indeed a gift. And if we live well , once is enough.

  2. What a beautiful and inspiring reflection! It’s a reminder that our personal growth and peace come from within, and embracing our karma can truly transform our lives. Your journey and insights are a gift to others seeking joy, love, and balance.
