We search for happiness and constantly strive to be happy, but we often don’t understand how to maintain a state of happiness. Through my own life journey and self-study, I have gained awareness through meditation camps, learning how the mind works. Fear, anxiety, attachments, and ego are the root causes that prevent us from discovering our trueselves. Setting a goal to be happy and choosing happiness demonstrates a commitment to yourself. Practices like spirituality, meditation, yoga, and music are different ways to bring awareness into the present moment. Loving yourself, realizing your vibrational energy, and using your free will to act on positive karma are all practices that allow you to view yourself with awe. You don’t need to give up anything in life; instead, enjoy it with detachment. Having goals, discipline, intentions and ultimately falling in love with your karma provides inner strength to navigate your life journey.
