CONSTANTLY THINKING ABOUT PROBLEMS

CONSTANTLY THINKING AND TALKING ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS ONLY MAKES THEM BIGGER AND WORSE.

This was what I posted last week on Instagram and Facebook. 

Let’s reflect on this :

Do not give importance to your problems. They will get bigger in your mind and stress will go high. Stress brings confusion, memory loss, and clarity diminishes. 

Finding Solutions are the answer and moving forward. Clarity comes when focus is switched off from dwelling on the problems. Do not lose your happiness by being in the state of fear and stress. Problems come to teach you. Problems are not permanent. Everything in life is transient. DO NOT GIVE POWER TO YOUR PROBLEMS. PROBLEMS WITHOUT POWER HAS NO PROBLEMS.
