The Role of Ego in Conflict
Conflict often stems from the ego, which seeks to control situations, avoid discomfort, and assert dominance. Fear of losing control or having unmet expectations causes us to respond with stubbornness, anxiety, and sometimes anger. These reactions are fueled by the ego’s desire to protect itself from perceived threats.
In short people who get into conflicts or create conflicts are egoic personalities. They love the disturbances !
